We want Meet You There to genuinely help. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no awkward questions.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or
- Email us at kirsten.wollan@outlook.com and we'll help you through it.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refund can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
After 30 days
Refund requests outside the 30-day window are reviewed case by case. If something has gone wrong, please reach out — we'd rather hear from you than not.
